Music Lessons - Tuition and Fees

Tuition rates for 2010-2011

30-minute lesson weekly		$75/month [Family rate: $70/month]
45-minute lesson weekly		$115/month [Family rate: $105/month]
60-minute lesson weekly		$150/month [Family rate: $135/month]

Please note: Monthly tuition total is not related to the number of weeks in a month. Family rate applies to each subsequent family member when enrolled concurrently. Monthly tuition includes tax.

Method of Payment

Payment for tuition is made via scheduled debit from your checking or savings account or recurring credit card charge. In order to register and begin lessons, you must have a signed/completed Automatic Payment Authorization form on file. Payment is withdrawn on the 1st of the month.

Scheduled Debit Terms: “Signed authorization is to remain in full force and effect until the Harbor School of Music & Dance has received written notification of its termination in such time and such manner as to afford HSOM a reasonable opportunity to act on it or until the term of the authorization expires. Any such notice should be given at HSMD, 3691 Ben Walters Lane, Suite 2, Homer, AK, 99603. Cancellation of this agreement must be made in person at the school office.

Furthermore, if any such electronic debit(s) should be returned by my financial institution as unpaid (Non-Sufficient or Uncollected Funds), I authorize, Harbor School of Music & Dance, to collect a returned item fee of $25.00 per item by electronic debit from the same account.”

Annual Enrollment Fee

An annual enrollment fee of $30/student or $75/family (3 or more students) is charged when a student enrolls in any program. This fee covers incidental costs such as bi-annual recital hall rental (Mariner Theater), incentive program prizes, group class materials, and end-of-year awards.
